Our client is a specialist in the provision of Engineering, Surveying, QS, PM & Advisory services to a wide range of both public and private clients. The selected candidate will have the responsibility for delivering a wide range of project’s.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solid experience in residential and commercial construction.
- Knowledge of the Building and Housing Regulations essential.
- Oversee Design, workmanship, specifications, and materials.
- Liaise with Project Teams and clients on a regular basis
- Attend meetings and be POC for clients
- Representing the client on site visits and providing thorough feedback
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- An in-depth knowledge of Fire Regulations.
- Relevant Qualification in Building Regulations/Surveying/Property Planning/Property Assessment.
- An understanding of the planning development Act.
- Excellent administration, communication, time management skills.
- Microsoft | Google Suite proficiency.
- Ability to develop, direct and manage workflow processes and procedures.
- Member of a Professional Body preferred but not essential.
