My client is an exciting new player in the drinks distribution industry, committed to delivering a diverse range of beverages to our clients across Dublin and beyond. As a growing startup, they offer a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant team where your contributions will make a significant impact. This is initially a part time 3 day a week role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing files.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
  • Assist with customer inquiries, providing information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Manage basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer information.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation and records.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office administration or support role.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
