My client are currently sourcing a skilled welder with experience in orbital welding? The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of precision and quality in their pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.


  • Perform high-quality orbital welding on stainless steel and other materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Ensure welds meet strict industry standards and company specifications.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of welding processes and inspections.
  • Set up and calibrate orbital welding equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of welding processes into manufacturing operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of welding procedures and results.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and records for regulatory audits.


  • Proven experience as an Orbital Welder, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Proficiency in orbital welding techniques and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Relevant welding certifications or qualifications.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
