Senior Maintenance Technician (Naas) – €45K -50K
Key Responsibilities: Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.Respond to breakdowns and provide troubleshooting support for both mechanical and electrical issues.Ensure all safety and environmental controls are integrated into maintenance activities.Support production teams in meeting targets by maintaining equipment efficiency.Monitor equipment performance, intervene when issues arise, and document actions in the CMMS system.Assist with new equipment installations, modifications, and supplier collaborations.Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on technical tasks.Maintain a safe, organized workshop and adhere to all health and safety policies.Record, report, and escalate issues promptly, ensuring continuous communication with management.Conduct accident investigations and collaborate with management on preventative measures.
